B\u00fct\u00fcn D\u00fcnya\u2019da milyonlarca \u015firket hammaddeden ba\u015flayan ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin t\u00fcketildi\u011fi, hatta geri d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc noktaya kadar olan, tedarik zincirlerini y\u00f6netmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Tan\u0131mda oldu\u011fu gibi, \u015firketlerin uzun d\u00f6nem performanslar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi yeterli de\u011fil; artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Performanslar\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ise \u015firketlerin karl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n rakiplerine g\u00f6re artmas\u0131na, pazar paylar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckselmesine, finansal yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015fmesine, \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitelerinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na, mevcut teknolojileri ile \u00fcretilecek yeni \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin geli\u015ftirilmesine, ba\u015fta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan olmak \u00fczere m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ve tedarik\u00e7ilerinin memnuniyetlerinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na endekslenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yeni ismi de\u011fi\u015fim \u00e7a\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Her \u015fey de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hammaddeler, tedarik\u00e7ilerimiz ve ili\u015fkilerimiz, \u00fcretim teknolojimiz, sat\u0131\u015f sistemlerimiz, m\u00fc\u015fterilerle ili\u015fkilerimiz s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fim halindedir. Bizleri bu de\u011fi\u015fime zorlayan \u015fey rekabet ve performanslar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunlu\u011fudur. Mevcut performans\u0131n\u0131 i\u015f yapma \u015fekillerini iyile\u015ftirmeden s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam eden \u015firketler, k\u00fcresel rekabetin alt\u0131nda ezilmeye ve pazarda kaybolmaya mahkumdur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte de\u011fi\u015fim \u015firketlerin birbirlerini kopyalamalar\u0131 ile ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sekt\u00f6rlerin de\u011fi\u015fiminin, performanslar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 y\u00f6nde olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r. De\u011fi\u015fime uyum g\u00f6steremeyen, de\u011fi\u015fimi uygulayamayan \u015firketler rekabetin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalacaklard\u0131r. De\u011fi\u015fime pazar bask\u0131s\u0131 ile uyum g\u00f6steren \u015firketler de mevcut hayatiyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam edecekler ancak de\u011fi\u015fimin yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olmad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in uzun d\u00f6nem performanslar\u0131 artmayacakt\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ba\u015far\u0131, uzun d\u00f6nem performanslar\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olup, bunu da ancak de\u011fi\u015fimi yaratabilen \u015firketler ba\u015faracaklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u011fi\u015fim i\u00e7in gerekenler ise, \u00f6ncelikle tedarik zinciri y\u00f6netiminin \u015firketler i\u00e7inde \u015feffaf ve i\u015f birli\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00f6netilir olmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Tedarik zincirlerinin \u00e7evikle\u015fmesi, yal\u0131n hale getirilmesi ve s\u00fcrecin bir dashboard \u00fczerinde takip edilmesi i\u00e7in gereken IT sisteminin kurulmu\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u015eirketler art\u0131k bir Kurumsal Kaynak Planlama (ERP) yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile y\u00f6netilme devrini a\u015fmal\u0131 ve Tedarik Zinciri Y\u00f6netimi Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na (SCM) sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tedarik Zinciri Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 bir Dijital D\u00f6n\u00fcs\u00fcm projesidir. Kurum i\u00e7inde kurulacak ARGE b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ile \u00fcretim teknolojisinin geli\u015ftirilmesi, yeni \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131, Dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ile de i\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi, iyile\u015ftirilmesi, k\u00fcresel rakip ve \u00fcr\u00fcn takibi yap\u0131lmas\u0131, CRM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile m\u00fc\u015fterilerin segmentasyonu ve bu segmentasyona uygun pazarlama politikalar\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmesi gereklidir. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z art\u0131k bilginin saklanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00e7abuk eskidi\u011fi bir \u00e7a\u011f haline gelmi\u015ftir. \u00dcretti\u011fimiz \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fcksek ise, hemen kopyalanabilmekte ve daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131 ile pazara \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bundan dolay\u0131 i\u015f yapma \u015fekillerinin, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin eskisi gibi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi karar\u0131, \u015firketlerin sonu demektir. \u015eirketler de canl\u0131lar gibidir. Do\u011farlar, b\u00fcy\u00fcrler, olgunla\u015f\u0131rlar ve biterler. \u00d6m\u00fcr dedi\u011fimiz bu s\u00fcrecin ilk zamanlar\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fcme dedi\u011fimiz s\u00fcrecin verdi\u011fi performans art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla ge\u00e7er. Bundan kurtulu\u015f ancak ya\u015fam \u015feklimizin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi, ya\u015fama h\u0131z\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, zaman\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve mevcutlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi ile olabilmektedir. Bu ama\u00e7la &nbsp;kurum i\u00e7inde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n birbirleri ile konu\u015fmas\u0131, bir platforma olmas\u0131, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilen her bilginin sisteme online girilmesi , bu bilgilerden yarat\u0131lan bigdata ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlemelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve karar mekanizmalar\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n elde edilmesi gerekli hale gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzun d\u00f6nem performanslar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u015firketlerin ileriyi g\u00f6r\u00fcr hale gelmesi gerekir. Bug\u00fcn\u00fc ya\u015fayan bir genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr veya \u015firket y\u00f6netici ortaklar\u0131 art\u0131k geride kalmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f demektir. \u015eirketler y\u0131ll\u0131k b\u00fct\u00e7elerle y\u00f6netilirler. Bu b\u00fct\u00e7elerin y\u0131lda bir yap\u0131lan ve unutulan b\u00fct\u00e7eler olmamas\u0131 her ay gelecek 12 ay\u0131 planlayabilen b\u00fct\u00e7eler halinde haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 yararl\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r.
